Laughter

Last night, my daughters and my new grandson and I were just hanging out talking and enjoying each others' company. Out of nowhere, I got a case of extreme silliness. I started laughing uncontrollably. Tears were streaming down my face. Then the girls were involuntarily pulled into this silliness and they began to laugh...at me! That evolved into laughter from them because they were now feeling goofy as well. Within 10 minutes, we were begging each other to STOP because our jaws hurt. What a gift laughter is! What a feeling to be light and silly at any age. What a universal shift toward love and peace there would be if we all laughed from the gut a minute every day. Let's try it!
